What you'll need:
1 (10 oz) bag of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream
Pipcorn Sea Salt Corn Dippers for serving
How to make it:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients except for heavy cream. Add cream gradually to thin to your desired dip consistency.
3. Bake for until bubbly, about 20 min. Serve right away with Sea Salt Corn Dippers!
